It only takes a few minutes to go through the verification process. The processing time for approval is generally instant but can take up to 24 hours if it requires special processing to ensure you qualify. In certain cases, you will receive an email with a link to complete your verification. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Only the ticket purchaser needs to be verified as the specific eligible group. Your guests don't need to qualify.
